McCourt is responsible for leading the development and execution of the firm's global interest rates, equity indices, foreign exchange, over-the-counter (OTC) products, cryptocurrencies and alternative investment product strategies. He previously served as Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Equities and FX Products from February 2022 onwards. He is also a member of the Venture Capital Committee of Chase & Co. and the U.S. Advisory Group of S&P Dow Jones Indices, Inc. Prior to joining Chivas as global head of equity products in 2013, McCourt worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was responsible for setting up and managing the Americas Index and Delta One trading accounts. Prior to that, he held senior trading positions at JPMorgan Chase's New York headquarters, where he gained 10 years of experience in the Equity Derivatives Group, McCourt holds a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College and a B.A. in Business Administration from The University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
